You stand on the 15th floor of a tall, tall building; across the hall is your targetted bank. A sign stands in front:

Business Hours 9am - 7pm

There isn't one that you can see above the bank suite, but across from it there IS an air vent. Of course, it's small and way up in the ceiling so you may have to grab someone tiny and help them up into there.

It's pitch black . . . there should be no one there.

But while you're looking through the window, you'll also notice a red beam of light . . . . jjuuuust above the bank's entrance, angled down to the doorway. a security camera. . . .
