QUICKLY GO GO GO. You can hear the elevator (if. . . if you know what that is :|a) begin to move, and shuffling on the emergency staircase. . . . they're getting closer, whoever they are.
It's pointless if you're still in the bank while you're doing that though. . . !!!
But you can hear they've taken the elevator and the stairs; you could probably start running UP the stairs to the top of the building, though. . . you might need your rope to get yourself down. . . and even that might not help.
On the other hand, you could go out the window, but there aren't any ledges so that could be dangerous too. Whatever you do though, think fast; they're fast approaching.
[Heading for a window! She's going to hook the grapple on the edge and rappel herself to another window on a lower floor (as low as she can get), as quickly as her enhanced speed can take her but still cautiously.]
You get as far as the 13th floor, smackdab in the middle of the window . . . . through an open door, you can see several little armies of POLICE DOG SMOOSHABLES marching down the hall as if this were Occupy Business Building.
You also see a familiar little girl in the middle of rolling . . . clouds or something . . . . . . in the room you're in front of.
Cecilia just kind of . . . waves. I guess this is what she's doing while a game is going on, yeah.
[drawing herself back up a bit so that the Smooshacurity won't spot her through the window, and taking a second to look for anything she might be able to tie her other rope onto.]
Or you could try tying it to the railing I guess, but that's also a meter or two below you - or a meter above you depending on the one you want, as the railings are directly under the bottom of the windows.
. . . nnnnah. It can hold her weight, provided she goes down slowly, but being that this is a matter with time as essence, there's a chance the railing could break if she dropped down and caught it.
You manage to go down another two stories, and now you are at the 11th floor.
You can see on the 10th floor there's an open window, though whether it's empty or not is something you can't really be sure of . . . at least the room in front of you IS empty, though.
Most of the sound seems to be coming from above . . . . this door is closed, but beyond it you don't hear any movement. There is movement down below, but not in that particular window, and certainly not in the sort of Smooshacurity way. More like casual meandering.
[Slipping in through this window, then! And with a cautious ear out for any . . . body . . . she heads for the door. Still moving quick, if as silently as she can! STEALTH VAMPIRE YEAHHHH.]
The room is empty; when you get to the door, it's also unlocked - probably because this is an unused suite. . . kind of weird that the window is open though. Anyway - there's no one in the hallway; evidently most all the Smooshacurity are in the upper floors, no doubt searching for you; they'll find your grappling hook soon though, so you'll have to move fast. The elevator's clearly taken out . . . so do you take the stairs? Or back out the window?
You manage to get to the ground floor. . . . though maybe getting out isn't a good idea; that trill you heard earlier, were actually sirens - of police cars, naturally.
You could try sneaking out the back, or continuing down the emergency stairs to the underground parking.

[she doesn't know what a police car is, but sirens during a robbery are never good]
Re: ROUND 3
There are a few cars in the back, though it seems in the darkness, they can't see you - you escape quickly, successfully taking with you 21,300,000Y.
Proceed to endgame!
