[Kaito's Heart]
[A gust of wind rushes past you, so strong that you nearly stumble backwards from the force. You hear whispers in your ear, an unfamiliar voice saying, no, not here, not now, go back, before your senses shut off entirely]
[You wake up again to find yourself in a room]
((#dragonheart on IRC for this heart party aw yeah))

Re: SANCUTARY
[. . . also let's just say Ed touches one of the items on the coffee table. It's a small, glass cylinder]
[And it sure is a memory of Nyssa's game, when Aoko is kidnapped into the glass cylinder and people have to vote to save her for Hydra. . . it sure is anger and helplessness and more anger, directed at Nyssa and at Nightshade of Dawon for not recognizing that Aoko is important too. . .]
[And then it sure is grief and helplessness when Aoko is killed]
Re: SANCUTARY
[...and frowning. It'd probably be easy to destroy right now. Just throw it on the floor, and bam. The memory is gone. He can understand the frustration... and the hurt. And the grief, and the helplessness. Kaito'd probably feel better without it...]
[But that's running away, and insulting the strength he knows Kaito has. The power to overcome anything--given time and willpower. He puts it back down, and heads for the other door.]
Hey guys. I'm gonna go on ahead.
Re: SANCUTARY
[The man speaks up]
Ah. . . leaving soon already?
Re: SANCUTARY
I'm sorry if it's rude... but... I don't have any right to poke around any more, here.
Re: SANCUTARY
You're here to help, are you not?
Re: SANCUTARY
...I don't suppose you happen to know where the other keys are, or anything else, would you?
Re: SANCUTARY
[nods at the unassuming door]
You'll find more in there, for certain.
Re: SANCUTARY
So we're almost there, between us. Just.. two more.
And in that vault is where something important is.
D-do you know anything about something being here that shouldn't be? A corruption, or something?
Re: SANCUTARY
[he shakes his head]
You don't want to enter that vault, believe me. It is not the invasion. . . it is merely a consequence of it.
[he frowns]
As for the invasion itself. . . I have sensed strange activity in the billiards bar.
Re: SANCUTARY
I'm going to get the other two keys, find everyone else, and get us all there so we can save him.
Re: SANCUTARY
I wish you luck.
If you go into that room, please do not kill the creature inside of it. It belongs here. . . as ferocious and angry as it is. If you get rid of the primary infection, then it should return to normal.
Re: SANCUTARY
And don't worry. I'm kind of a hero.
[INTO THE DOOR.]
