[. . . also let's just say Ed touches one of the items on the coffee table. It's a small, glass cylinder]

[And it sure is a memory of Nyssa's game, when Aoko is kidnapped into the glass cylinder and people have to vote to save her for Hydra. . . it sure is anger and helplessness and more anger, directed at Nyssa and at Nightshade of Dawon for not recognizing that Aoko is important too. . .]

[And then it sure is grief and helplessness when Aoko is killed]

[Looking at it.]

[...and frowning. It'd probably be easy to destroy right now. Just throw it on the floor, and bam. The memory is gone. He can understand the frustration... and the hurt. And the grief, and the helplessness. Kaito'd probably feel better without it...]

[But that's running away, and insulting the strength he knows Kaito has. The power to overcome anything--given time and willpower.He puts it back down, and heads for the other door.]

You don't want to enter that vault, believe me. It is not the invasion. . . it is merely a consequence of it.

[he frowns]

As for the invasion itself. . . I have sensed strange activity in the billiards bar.

That door Aoko was talking about. Right.

I'm going to get the other two keys, find everyone else, and get us all there so we can save him.

If you go into that room, please do not kill the creature inside of it. It belongs here. . . as ferocious and angry as it is. If you get rid of the primary infection, then it should return to normal.
