Mechanically speaking, the card is a guaranteed win, and the only guaranteed protection we have against other people using the card, so it's the one we should use for our score. On the other hand, I do think it's important to know the result of our own solution...

Wouldn't it be safer for the dragon and the princess to flee, and leave behind the er, hoard with a note? To leave them be, maybe? A bribe.

Well, my current idea is some sort of transformation accessory that allows the dragon to take on a human form. Then the dragon can court us in a more "traditional" way.
