AMALTHEA
[ you're ushered into a tiny break room, which is SURPRISINGLY WELL LIT! There's some chairs, a single table, fountain pens and inkwells, and a box of (stale) donuts. ]
[ on the table is a single sheet of paper, with the following questions:
TEAM NAME (if made up of multiple teams, choose a new one):
1.) What would you say your skills, as a team are?
2.) How would you define suffering?
3.) How far are you willing to go to achieve victory?
4.) Where do you see yourselves in five years?
5.) What are your team's weaknesses?
6.) What accomplishment are you most proud of?
7.) Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
8.) If you saw another employee stealing from the company, what would you do?
9.) Describe your team.
10.) What motivates you?
11.) What makes you uncomfortable?
12.) Can you say: 'Peter Pepper Picked a Pickled Pepper' and cross-sell a washing machine at the same time?
13.) If I came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us?
14.) Calculate the angle of two clock hands when time is 11:50.
15.) Has a member of your team ever killed another living creature? Did they enjoy it?

INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!

What kind of job goes and asks for tongue twisters...

On a properly made clock, it would be a third of 90 degrees, or 30 degrees.

Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
Oh, and I think I'm good at taking photographs, too.
With whatever else we answer with this, we can add that we're all brave, and willing to step up to help the team out when we can to lead them through a hard game, or even a game where we just want to win because it's important to us. So, "brave with leadership qualities and the ability to work together no matter what the content of a game is."
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
Suffering is hard to define because it has its own definition, already. But it's ... being hurt. Feeling hurt. Feeling like you have no way out of something you don't want to be in.
For victory ... we want to do all we can in our power to achieve something we want. But I know I don't want to lose who I am along the way, or do anything along the way that I'll really regret when I look back at it.
In five years at least I see myself out of this place. As a team ... maybe we can say "out of here because we won enough to regain our memories and help the people we want to help, and back home to continue doing so"?
Re: INTERVIEW DISCUSSION!
In five years I see myself using the skills I have acquired from my work experience to advance my own position in the work force and properly lead others towards doing the same.

TURN-IN
Re: TURN-IN
2. Being hurt. Feeling hurt. Feeling like you have no way out of something you don't want to be in. As a result, not being able to contribute to society.
3. We want to do all we can in our power to achieve something we want. But we don't want to lose who we are along the way, or do anything along the way that we'll really regret when we look back at it.
4. In five years we see ourselves using the skills we have acquired from our work experience to advance our own position in the work force and properly lead others towards doing the same.
5. Sometimes the actions of thinking and feeling butt heads when making decisions and coming to a consensus. We still manage to do so in the end, but sometimes it takes a little more of a struggle than necessary.
6. Those of us who were in Rotten's game were proud of working together, not just within themselves, but with others in similar positions to them, to ensure that everybody was safe.
7. We don't have mistakes, we have learning opportunities. Figuring out #14 is an example of this.
8. We'd confront them about it and give them a second chance before reporting them. But we'd keep an eye on them to make sure that they don't betray that second chance.
9. A mix of different characteristics and personalities that blend into an effectual working force.
10. The people we care about. Not only in Kyriakos, but the ones we remember who are relying on us to help them.
11. Dying. Having to hold the fate of someone else's life in our hands. Unnecessary emotional conflict.
12. Yes.
13. Dinner, of course. Featuring all of our favorite dishes.
14. 55 degrees.
15. Belt had. She ... found it moderately enjoyable.

ROUND 2
Your training scenario is simple -- your current budget is currently too low to afford much in the way of safety equipment and routine maintenance for anything other than the most expensive and hardest to replace equipment. Employees below you are also not receiving livable wages, which is leading to a decrease in the quality of their work. The ENFORCERS are also lacking in proper enforcement equipment. You must decide whether to raise the budget or not, and how much it should cover. ]
no subject
Not many options here. Rearrange the budget we have and then see what needs extra funding, maybe?
no subject
We may be able to invest in order to increase performance, and thus profitability.

TURN-IN
Re: TURN-IN
They want safe workers and good machines, not injured workers and broken equipment.
