CASTLE DUNGEONS

[You're in the castle dungeons, the walls made of old, worn stone (naturally, the walls are also covered in hairline cracks). There are no windows in this room; the only thing lighting the area are a few torches hanging on the walls. Which makes things a bit eerie, considering there are dozens of puppets hanging from the ceiling]

[Yes, that's right. The ceiling is covered in marionette puppets. Most of them are crude recreations of the Echoes, and all of them are in various states of wear and tear. Echoes like the Yaksins, Nyssa, and Wilder are worse off than most, while Echoes like Delriza are in pristine condition.]

[What's even more noticeable than the puppets, however, is the large, Tiamat-colored dragon curled up in one corner of the room. It seems to be blocking a large vault door and chewing on. . . a Queen puppet? That may be a Queen puppet, but it's kind of hard to tell since it's. . . you know. Missing its head]

[The smell of smoke is thick in this room, mostly because it's seeping in through the cracks in the walls. In addition to the door you came through and the vault, there's another unassuming door in this room, as well as a replica of the portal that leads to the echo chamber]

The dragon may also be the one beating up the echoes by following responses from somewhere further in. It might be it, but there's no guarantee.

[Sometime after Aoko manages to coax the seventh key out of the dragon, after Ed cleans up the damaged puppets, and after Clover and Diz poke around the cylinder room, the dragon lets out a snort and a low rumble]

[It's crouched down, with its wings pressed against its back. It's at a level where everyone could easily climb onto it]

[It jerks its head towards said back, indicating that everyone should totally catch a ride on this awesome dragon]
