[it's pretty... empty, really. there's no real childhood memories of any kind. it's like a blank slate with some hints of regulations and rules and training, and warnings of repercussions for wrongdoings, but also experiences of such. (nothing of it is pleasant, but it's also nothing that seems to face him, as if it's something he knows he is used to.)

there's a sadness over it all though, but it's nothing he's expressing on the outside]

We should probably split up to an extent ... but it might be dangerous in some places to be alone.

You know him best. Why don't you tell us which doors to choose?

... Those ... might be the more dangerous ones. The same thing goes for the one that seems to be hard to open.
