It's possible that being up so high, in such a large and grand suite of rooms, makes your head swell up. Unicorns were made because they're magic. They're magic and belief and everything good in the world. Everyone wants a unicorn. So when enough people want one a unicorn magics itself into existence. And then it makes everyone happy.

...Except in the case of a Duocorn who lost a horn in which case someone was really mean. But it's okay because now it's a unicorn and can do magic. Everyone loves it.
